Pastor April Briant

Pastor April Briant is a Provisional Elder in the North Georgia United Methodist Church.  She comes to the Board with a background in both profit and non-profit organizations (legal, software, food service, food purchasing, property management, franchise corporations, students, boards, community service). She has been blessed with varied backdrops and each one has presented the opportunity to further develop and sharpen key strengths that help her discover the need, determine the solution, and work with others in setting the short and long term steps necessary for goals to be achieved. Her passion is to help encourage, equip, and guide individuals and organizations on their way to success.

Pastor April has a big-picture, no-drama approach with a strong focus on details.  She develops processes to increase efficiency and accuracy, engages in strengths-based leadership and creative problem-solving.  She is available and experienced as a life coach, interview prepper, Math and English tutor, mentor, organization & study strategies coach, creative marketing think-tank, hospitality as a service vendor, and develops mission statements for others.  She loves the team approach as she administers programs, analyzes societal impacts, facilitates communications, and inspires leadership through service.  She calls, equips, and trains leaders that call, equip, and train other leaders.
